For the SMFR sessions, we use the following three SMFR tools (or replacements). You can borrow a spare toolset, but please let me know in advance, as I may not have enough for the whole group.

• Therapy ball 10cm (any PVC/plastic softball of about 10 cm)

• Peanut-shaped tool (or two tennis balls in a sock or pouch)

• Foam roll 90cm long and 12cm in diameter (any brand of 90 cm - 12/15cm roll will do, as long as it's smooth, without nops or spikes)

• You can purchase the whole toolset bundle for £50 through this link https://www.myofascialrelease.co.uk/products. Please order on time! Alternatively, email Alex if you want to buy individual items like the peanut and therapy ball for £15 (£7.50 each) or the foam roll (90/12 cm diameter) for £35.

Who are these classes for?

• This is for everyone who can do with a little or a lot of TLC. It's for all ages, abilities, genders, shapes, and sizes. No previous knowledge or experience is required. SFMF will support you from any starting point.

Are you a health practitioner or therapist?

• You are welcome to join. The Self-Myofascial Release Therapy sessions are intended for your self-care purposes only. Attending the classes doesn't qualify you to teach other people. You need training and insurance to teach SMFR. This is to safeguard you against third-party claims and the financial consequences that may follow.
