Cancellation: Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, which means that if you do not give 24-hour notice of cancellation or change your appointment, you are likely to get charged.
No show: If you don't show up for your appointment without cancelling, you will be charged in full.
Late arrival: If you arrive late, please let Alex and the centre know. Your treatment will still end on time.

For your first appointment only, you will be asked to pre-pay 50% of the fee.

If you realise that you can’t make an appointment, please contact Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre at 01242 584140 (10 am-2 pm or voicemail) to cancel your appointment and email Alex at alex@fasciaclinic.uk.

The 24-hour cancellation policy is in place to ensure that:

• Other people don't miss out on treatment appointments due to late cancellations.

• Alex doesn't miss out on payments if you miss your appointment. Alex is self-employed and only gets paid when you attend the set appointment. 

It is important to keep track of your appointments. While clinics may send reminders, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember.
